At the heart of Cerenity Senior Care Hospice is the belief that each person deserves to live each day to its fullest, and each family deserves to be fully supported and informed. Hospice Care is available at all three communities: Cerenity Humboldt, Cerenity Marian and Cerenity White Bear Lake.
When it’s time for care.
Hospice care is focused on comfort, rather than a cure. Cerenity Senior Care Hospice provides palliative care, including symptom and pain management, with interdisciplinary hospice teams providing case management, social work and chaplain support. Our dedicated caregivers are deeply devoted and enriched by those we serve.
All three Cerenity Senior Care communities offer Hospice care services. Cerenity Humboldt offers a Hospice Comfort Care Room. This beautifully furnished room creates a comfortable — and comforting — setting for a resident and loved ones to spend their final days together privately and peacefully.
