At Cerenity Senior Care, we keep minds stimulated with a wide variety of activities and social interaction with the team and other residents. We offer Assisted Living Memory Care (Cerenity Humboldt and Cerenity Marian) and Skilled Nursing Memory Care options (Cerenity White Bear Lake), depending on the needs of each resident.

Our team members work hard to get to know the residents’ individual needs. From sleep schedules and favorite foods to past hobbies and occupations, Cerenity Senior Care offers an environment and personal schedules for seniors with Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia to thrive.
Sensory stimulation is vital to these residents, and our Memory Care unit staff offers activities designed for mental stimulation and keeping residents active. We focus on making sure each individual’s activities are suited for their abilities.
Services and activities to fit resident needs.
Activity assistants lead activities every afternoon, 7 days a week, including:
- Live 2B healthy program
- Wellness activities
- Therapeutic recreation
- Physical games
- History trivia
- Music
- Arts and crafts
Personalized care packages are available. An RN will conduct an assessment prior to admission to determine whether staff can meet the needs of the resident, and if appropriate, to determine the service package that would most successfully meet a resident’s needs. The RN assessments are then conducted annually, and as needed, to ensure that our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Memory Care centers will continue to meet each individual resident’s ongoing needs.
Assisted Living Memory Care is housing with services for residents who require a safe environment due to memory loss from Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Assisted Living Memory Care is designed for seniors experiencing mild to moderate stages of memory loss.
Sensory stimulation is vital when dealing with memory loss, and our staff offers activities designed for mental stimulation and keeping residents active. Cerenity Humboldt provides an iPod to each individual memory care resident as part of the Music and Memory℠ program. A wander guard system is in place to keep residents safe, ensuring they don’t leave the floor unaccompanied. The key features of this program are 24/7 resident assistant supervision, a 24/7 on-site nurse, and a catered activity schedule. Our friendly, well-trained staff, socialization opportunities, and private rooms create a homelike atmosphere.
This caring environment is available at our Cerenity Humboldt location and coming to Cerenity Marian in Spring of 2020.

Opening Spring 2020, the assisted living memory care offers safety and security in a home-like setting. In addition to providing numerous services and exceptional care, we focus on purposeful activity programming to promote success, positive self-esteem, compassion for others and joyfulness. Our assisted living memory care households will offer:

- Access to our full continuum of care on campus
- On-campus physical, occupational and speech therapy services

For individuals with more advanced memory loss, Cerenity Senior Care provides 24-hour Skilled Nursing and specialized programs within a structured environment. Our team receives ongoing training in dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and memory loss in order to best serve these residents. We also have secured settings available. Skilled Nursing Memory Care is available at our Cerenity Humboldt, Cerenity Marian, and Cerenity White Bear Lake communities.
