An array of home health services are available at additional charges, such as medication
administration, diabetes management, bathing assistance and nail care. A nurse conducts an initial
assessment to determine the level of assistance needed. Assessments are conducted routinely and the
level of care is adjusted as needed.

Services included in rental rate

• Two restaurant-style meals daily – lunch and dinner. Breakfast is available for an additional fee.
• An easy-to-operate pendant emergency call system. (There is a minimal charge for each time the emergency call system is used.)
• QuietCare® motion activated monitoring system
• 24-hour availability of staff
• Weekly light housekeeping in individual apartments – clean kitchenette and bathroom, approximate time of one-half hour
• Paid utilities (except telephone, cable and Internet service)
• Daily checks of residents
• On-site maintenance for apartments and common areas
• On-site parking
• Use of common areas (lounge with wide-screen TV and fireplace, library, activity room and outdoor patio)
• Complimentary laundry facilities on each floor of the building
• Wellness Clinic for blood pressure check, weight monitoring, ask questions/discuss concerns with nurse
• Van transportation for scheduled outings and shopping trips
• Social, educational and recreational programs
• Spiritual care services
