When it’s time to empty the nest…

Moving, especially moving from a house to an apartment, is challenging. What should you keep? What will fit in your new space? What is the best way to dispose of items? Sharon Fischman of Empty the Nest will answer these and other questions and share tips for downsizing at the Dementia Support Group meeting at Cerenity Senior Care – South St. Paul, 2 p.m., Wed., April 18. The Dementia Support Group is for family members and caregivers of adults with dementia. The group is open to the public and meets on the third Wednesday of each month.
