Cerenity Residence – South St. Paul offers both assisted living and memory care assisted living. Residence tenants can choose from homey studio, one or two bedroom apartments.
Cerenity Residence – South St. Paul is the only senior housing in South St. Paul that provides home health services. A nurse is on duty during business hours, and staff is available 24-hours a day. We offer a variety of services on-site, including wellness checks, rehabilitation services through a home health agency, lab work and imaging.
A special feature of our Residence is QuietCare®, sophisticated software made up of small wireless motion sensors strategically placed inside each apartment. The software recognizes any tenant movement that seems out-of-the-ordinary and alerts staff so they can respond promptly in case of a potential emergency.
