Each home care client also pays a $50 wellness fee per month.

An array of home health services are available at additional charges, such as medication administration, diabetes management, bathing assistance and nail care. A nurse conducts an initial assessment to determine the level of assistance needed. Assessments are conducted routinely and the level of care is adjusted as needed.

Services included in rent and wellness fee

• 24-hour staff available
• Continental breakfast and two restaurant style meals daily. Additional meals and guest meals may be purchased.
• Weekly light housekeeping in apartments — bathroom and kitchen floor cleaned, vacuuming and trash removal
• Spiritual care service – mass six days a week, weekly non- denominational services, rosary and Bible study. Chaplain on-site.
• Pendant emergency call system, which allows for two-way communication in the apartment and location detection.
• Daily check on tenants
• Social, educational and recreational programs, including outings to Ordway Center, ballgames, restaurants and shopping
• Van transportation for scheduled outings and shopping trips
• Reassurance and problem solving support
• Wellness clinic
• Complimentary laundry facilities on each floor
• Paid utilities (except phone and Internet service)
• Cable – 33 channels
• On-site parking
• Individually controlled heating and air conditioning
