Cerenity Residence – Marian of Saint Paul offers 56 assisted living and 71 independent living apartments. The Residence has two spacious, welcoming dining rooms — each with a fireplace and overlooking the courtyard. A majestic curved staircase graces the lobby, a well-appointed fitness room encourages exercise and a three-season porch is ideal for relaxing in the warmer months.

The assisted living apartments provide additional supportive services, such as weekly housekeeping and three meals a day. A staff member is available in the building 24 hours a day.

Rental fees for assisted and independent living apartments vary based on size and features.
