Memory Care Assisted Living

Our Memory Care unit at Cerenity Humboldt – Residence provides a homelike environment for individuals with dementia. We focus on our residents and encourage them to enjoy as much independence as possible. Sensory stimulation is vital to these residents, and our Memory Care unit staff offers activities designed for mental stimulation and keeping residents active. Each individual’s activities are suited for their abilities.

 

Services included in monthly rate

• Breakfast, lunch and dinner in adjacent dining room
• Weekly light housekeeping (vacuum, clean sink and toilet area)
• Weekly linen change
• Personal laundry (two loads per week)
• One shower per week
• Spiritual care services
• Life enrichment programming
• Reassurance and problem-solving support
• Triage nurse on-call 24 hours a day
• Regular assessment/evaluation to monitor changes
• Maintenance of clinical records
• Paid utilities (except phone, cable and Internet)
• Safety checks
• Priority placement within our campus (determined by availability)

• Licensed nurse visit

• Special diets (ex. purée/gluten free)
