An array of home health services are available at additional charges, such as medication administration, diabetic management, bathing assistance and nail care. A nurse conducts an initial assessment to determine the level of assistance needed. Assessments are conducted routinely and the level of care is adjusted as needed.

Services included in rental rate

• Three meals served daily in the Humboldt Bluff Café
• Weekly housekeeping
• Spiritual support
• Life enrichment programming
• Health service coordination, including assistance in arranging services, medical appointments and transportation
• Wellness checks twice daily
• Triage nurse on-call 24 hours a day
• Regular assessment/evaluation to monitor changes
• Maintenance of clinical records
• Reassurance and problem-solving support
• Complimentary laundry services on ground floor
• Paid utilities (except phone, cable and Internet)
• Use of common areas
• Tray delivery for up to 42 meals per year, if resident is ill
• Priority placement within our campus (determined by availability)
