  • The Care Center and assisted living and memory care Residence are located on a park-like campus on the west side of St. Paul. Situated on wooded bluffs, Humboldt offers spectacular views of downtown St. Paul and the Mississippi River Valley.

    Cerenity Senior Care – Humboldt is located on the West Side of St. Paul, where its two buildings are situated on a 15-acre, park-like campus.

    The Cerenity Humboldt – Residence is located on 514 Humboldt Ave., and provides memory care, for people in the early stages of memory loss, as well as assisted living and transitional care.

    The Cerenity Humboldt – Care Center is located on 512 Humboldt Ave., and provides 24-hour skilled care as well as a secure memory care unit.
